This provision was omitted from the Revised Judicial Code as obsolete, and repealed by act Jch.§ 39, 62 Stat. Section 2 of act Jan. 31,which originally related to procedure in appeal cases, was also omitted from the Revised Judicial Code and was amended generally by act Jch.§ The words “other than property subject to sections, or of this title” are inserted, since uncodified section 6 of the source statute provided that the source statute for this revised section did not repeal or amend the source statutes for those revised sections.
